Job Description
An established manufacturing company in Gastonia, NC, is seeking dependable Assembly Associates to join its production team. In this hands-on role, you will assemble parts and components while following work instructions and maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities:
- Assemble parts and components using hand tools and basic production equipment.
- Follow work instructions, specifications, and established assembly procedures.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Package, label, and prepare completed products as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous assembly, production, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to use basic hand tools and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable attendance and availability to work Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM.
