Job Description:
The assembler will assemble electrical wire harnesses and components according to work instructions and quality standards. Responsibilities include handling small parts, using basic hand tools and inspecting finished products for accuracy and defects. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, dependable and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Assemble electrical components and wire harnesses according to specifications
Inspect products for quality, accuracy and defects
Use hand tools and equipment to complete assembly tasks
Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area
Qualifications and Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $29,000 -$31,000, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
