Job Description
Support daily production operations by assembling printed products and display components according to customer specifications and quality standards. This role is essential to maintaining production efficiency, ensuring product accuracy, and delivering high-quality finished products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble printed materials, displays, and finished products according to work instructions and customer specifications
- Inspect components and completed products to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
- Read and interpret work orders, production schedules, and assembly instructions
- Prepare materials and components for assembly and packaging
- Operate hand tools, assembly equipment, and other production tools safely and effectively
- Package, label, and stage completed products for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Report quality, material, or equipment concerns to supervisors promptly
- Support production goals and assist with additional manufacturing duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and production documents
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting production deadlines
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic required
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift materials throughout the shift

The base pay range for this position is $15/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
