Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble components and subassemblies using hand tools and follow work instructions to meet quality and production standards. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment, requiring teamwork, precision, and a strong work ethic. If you are mechanically inclined and eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.
Responsibilities:
- Perform required set-up activities before assembly
- Assemble fabricated and purchased parts into subassemblies and final products
- Operate air tools and basic hand tools for assembly operations
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following safety procedures
- Follow supervisor instructions and perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, both written and verbal
- Basic math skills, including whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- Ability to read a basic tape measure and interpret simple blueprints
- Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as needed

The base pay range for this position is $16.00 an hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
