Job Description
As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for the assembly, calibration, testing, and auditing of leak test products. You’ll verify compliance with specifications, troubleshoot production issues, and document all production activity. Your role is critical to ensuring that products meet quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Build, calibrate, test, and audit leak test products according to procedures and specifications
- Verify product conformance with specifications and application protocols
- Perform basic troubleshooting and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate and timely production documentation
- Use calibrated instruments and tools in compliance with ISO-9001 standards
- Adhere to EHS regulations and company quality policies
- Keep production area clean and organized
Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or associate degree preferred
- Basic knowledge and use of hand tools
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
- Familiar with assembly, electronics, and pneumatic parts
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, or schematics
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
