Job Description
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist to support daily financial operations for U.S. entities. This onsite role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments, and supporting overall accounting integrity. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with the broader finance team.
What You’ll Do
- Process, verify, and reconcile vendor invoices and customer payments
- Manage AP/AR activity within ERP systems (Oracle TMS and Infor preferred)
- Investigate and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations
- Maintain vendor relationships and respond to inquiries
- Support process improvements and maintain organized documentation
- Provide ad-hoc support to the finance team
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of AP and/or AR experience
- Strong understanding of AP/AR processes and reconciliations
- Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
- ERP system experience or willingness to learn new systems
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 3–5 years of related experience
