Key responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Review purchase invoices for accuracy, coding, and proper approvals
- Ensure payments are issued accurately and on schedule
- Communicate with vendors and internal leaders regarding invoice and payment inquiries
- Assist with additional accounting and finance support tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable communicating with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other ERP systems
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
