- Participate in planning and preparing patient visits to ensure appropriate schedules, test results, and clinic-specific requirements are available.
- Perform appropriate hearing and vision testing, EKG, spirometry, point of care testing, specimen collecting, equipment cleaning or reprocessing, and requested procedures.
- Assist with preparation for and application of casts and orthopedic appliances.
- A High School Diploma and certification from an accredited Medical Assistant program is preferred.
- Three (3) years of experience in a healthcare setting is required.
- Previous cast technician experience in an orthopedic office is required.
- Basic Life Support Certification is required; CMA, RMA, CCMA, or NCMA certifications are highly preferred.

- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday with varied hours, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., however Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays will start at 7 a.m.
