- Obtain and record the vitals of patients and collect and label urine and blood samples.
- Verify, review, and enter patient medical history and record patients’ diseases, operations, immunizations, and other important information in electronic health records and databases.
- Administer and distribute medications and immunizations following the company’s policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- A High School Diploma or GED and a certificate of completion from a standardized Medical Assistant program are required.
- Six (6) months of related experience in a medical clinic, hospital, or healthcare facility is required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- A Basic CPR Certification is required.
- Must lift 40 lbs. of materials such as typewriters and record boxes.
- Must have a Valid Texas Driver’s License.
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
