Job Description
As a Payroll Coordinator, you will oversee the full payroll cycle for a multi-state organization, ensuring accurate processing, reporting, and compliance. You will manage payroll information within a comprehensive HRIS platform, assist with benefits administration, and support quarterly payroll tax filings. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of payroll operations while collaborating with internal teams to maintain efficient and accurate processes.
Your Experience
- Proven experience processing multi-state payroll
- Experience with a large HRIS or payroll system, preferably ADP
- Knowledge of payroll regulations, reporting, and compliance requirements
- Experience assisting with employee benefits administration preferred
- Experience preparing and filing quarterly payroll taxes preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage payroll independently
