Job Description
The Senior Trucking Recruiter sources, recruits, and onboards top truck drivers. Reporting to the Manager of the Recruitment department, this role collaborates with leadership to maintain a strong and diverse talent pipeline for organizational growth.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with executives to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans.
· Identify, source, and recruit truckers across specialties using various sourcing and recruitment strategies, providing recommendations for maintaining market competitiveness.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective candidates, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and a future talent pipeline.
· Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations, and support ongoing onboarding and retention processes.
· Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational and medical staff policies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Minimum of 5 years of trucking recruitment experience, preferably in a 3PL.
· Familiarity with recruitment platforms, social media, and ATS systems.
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proven ability to recruit and onboard high-quality truckers.
