Job Description
A well-established precision manufacturing company is seeking a dependable Swiss CNC Machine Operator to join its team. You will operate Swiss-style CNC machines, monitor production, make minor tool adjustments, and inspect finished components. Responsibilities
- Operate Swiss-style CNC machines to produce quality precision parts
- Make minor tool offsets and adjustments as needed
- Load raw materials and monitor machining processes
- Inspect finished parts to ensure specifications are met
- Perform basic machine maintenance and upkeep
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous CNC operating experience preferred; Swiss machining experience is a plus
- No programming experience required
- Strong attention to detail, engagement, and commitment to quality
- Consistent attendance, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a team
