Job Description:
The Elevated Assembly operator fulfills the vison of the company through Industries through building quality onto each wiring assembly in the manufacturing process. Each Elevated Assembly uses previously prepared wire and components to build wiring assembles to match customer specifications. A dedication to tight tolerances and attention to detail ensures we ship the highest product to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Perform your duties while following while following and valuing the company safety system
- Follow the 5S manufacturing organization standard
- Build parts to the customer specifications/blueprints/drawings
- Identify track and meet all production standards/goals
- Consistently update and communicate with Area Leads
- Commit to following all machine setup procedures and maintenance schedules
- Commit to learning the skills required in the assembly process
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be detail oriented
- Standing for long periods of time
- Familiar with measurements
- Must be able to handle pressure and think clearly in all situations
- Must be organized and able to multitask efficiently

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
