Job Description
Join a respected production team in Troutman, NC, where employees are treated with respect and supported by a strong management team. As a Production Operator, you will help form molds, mix components used in the production process, and visually inspect products to support consistent quality. This is a hands-on role for someone who works with urgency, pays close attention to quality, and is comfortable standing and walking throughout the shift. Top candidates may have the opportunity to transition from temporary to permanent employment.
Responsibilities:
- Form molds used in the production process.
- Mix various components to create a moldable production solution.
- Visually inspect the production process and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a steady sense of urgency while supporting daily production needs and required overtime.

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Ability to work with a high degree of urgency in a production environment.
- Strong attention to quality and consistency.
- Ability to follow production instructions and support overtime when required.
