Job Description
The Assembler is responsible for performing any combination of the following duties to assemble parts of various materials. Assemble parts in specified relationship to each other, using hand, hand tools, or bench test equipment to meet required quantity and quality parameters. Package products as required for shipping.
Responsibilities
- focus on Electronics support, some heavy lifting
- Assemble parts and components using hand tools, machines, or bench test equipment according to specifications
- Follow detailed assembly instructions, production processes, and quality standards
- Perform basic machine setup and operate equipment where applicable
- Package finished products for shipping and maintain production efficiency
- Adhere to all Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, including OSHA regulations
Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
- Ability to work independently with effective time management skills
- Willingness to train other employees on job functions and safety procedures as needed
- Ability to work overtime and adapt to changing production demands
