Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Reach Truck Operator to join a fast-paced warehouse and distribution team in Rincon, GA. This position will primarily be responsible for picking orders and completing put-aways using a reach truck while maintaining accuracy and safety. Candidates must be comfortable working extended hours, as overtime is expected and shifts may continue until the work is finished.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a reach truck safely to complete picking and put-away assignments.
- Move, stage, and store products throughout the warehouse.
- Accurately pick orders and verify product and inventory locations.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and productivity expectations.
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed to complete daily operations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous Reach Truck experience is required.
- Must be able to communicate in Spanish; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
- Ability to work Sunday through Friday and stay until the work is finished.
- Must be comfortable working frequent overtime and extended hours.
- Dependable attendance and a strong commitment to workplace safety are required.
