What You’ll Do:
- Lead a portfolio of business and individual clients, providing proactive guidance on tax, accounting, and financial matters throughout the year
- Oversee engagement planning, delegation, and quality review while helping ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately
- Coach and develop staff accountants through technical guidance, constructive feedback, and day-to-day mentorship
- Collaborate with partners on complex client matters, firm initiatives, and opportunities to expand client relationships and advisory services
- Help drive the firm's continued growth by strengthening client partnerships, improving workflows, and contributing to future leadership succession
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 4+ years of public accounting experience
- Active CPA
- Experience reviewing work, managing client engagements, and mentoring accounting staff
- Strong background in tax with exposure to audit or assurance engagements highly preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
