Job Description
Ready to join a team that keeps production moving? We are seeking motivated General Labor Associates to support daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. In this role, you'll assist with material movement, product handling, palletizing finished goods, and operating equipment as trained. Responsibilities
- Move raw materials and finished products throughout the production facility
- Fill and empty containers of raw and processed products
- Palletize finished cases for shipment
- Assist with production line operations as needed
- Operate equipment after receiving proper training and qualification
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn and work in a production environment
Skills
- Must be able to work any shift as needed
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift continuously throughout the workday
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
