Job Description

We are seeking dependable General Labor Associates to support daily production operations in a busy industrial environment. In this position, you'll sort, inspect, stack, and organize wooden pallets while ensuring quality standards are met and safety remains the top priority. Responsibilities
- Sort wooden pallets by hand according to quality standards
- Separate damaged pallets from reusable inventory
- Identify pallet grades and organize materials accordingly
- Stack, move, and organize pallets throughout the facility
- Perform quality inspections on incoming and outgoing materials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions
- Assist with additional warehouse and production duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
Experience
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, construction, carpentry, roofing, welding, lumber, or other physically demanding work is strongly preferred
- Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
Skills
- Ability to regularly lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable standing, bending, twisting, and performing repetitive physical work throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable attendance and a safety-first mindset
