We are seeking a dependable Mechanical Assembler to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble mechanical components using hand tools while ensuring each finished product meets quality standards. Responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical components and hardware using hand tools and work instructions.
- Perform visual inspections to ensure finished products meet quality standards.
- Package completed products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety procedures and production requirements.
- Meet daily production and quality goals.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing, production, or mechanical assembly experience required.
- Comfortable using basic hand tools.
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow written instructions and work independently.
- Demonstrated history of dependable attendance and stable employment.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.

The base salary for this position is $17 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
