In this role, you'll partner with hiring managers and IT leadership to recruit technical talent across multiple insurance companies while helping develop innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies.

In this role, you'll partner with hiring managers and IT leadership to recruit technical talent across multiple insurance companies while helping develop innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies.
Using Workday and a variety of recruiting tools, you'll identify, engage, and attract high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and university partnerships. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, thinking creatively about talent acquisition, and serving as a trusted recruiting partner.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with IT managers, supervisors, and department leaders to recruit and fill technical positions
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle using Workday and other recruiting tools
- Develop creative sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and industry resources
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and professional organizations to develop talent pipelines
- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, coordinate hiring activities, and facilitate the selection process
- Create and manage recruiting advertising campaigns to attract qualified IT professionals
- Deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate recruiting records while handling confidential information with the highest level of professionalism
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Two or more years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience recruiting technical or IT professionals is strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of employment laws including EEO, FLSA, ADA, and FMLA
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (Workday experience preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, social media, and other recruiting platforms
- Excellent communication, interviewing, organization, and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality while exercising sound judgment and professionalism
- Experience recruiting within the insurance or financial services industry
- Knowledge of insurance terminology
- Experience developing recruiting partnerships with colleges and universities
- Familiarity with recruiting metrics and talent acquisition best practices

The Pay Rate range for this position is $31 – $45 per hour, excluding benefits. Your final Pay Rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
