Job Description
An established residential property management community is seeking a dependable Administrative Support Assistant to provide temporary office coverage. This role will support daily administrative operations by assisting residents, handling incoming communications, and performing general clerical duties in a professional office environment.
Responsibilities:
• Answer and return resident phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks
• Make copies, organize documents, and maintain office files
• Provide support to office staff as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Previous administrative, receptionist, customer service, or office support experience preferred

• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced office environment
• Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills
• Business casual attire required (no tennis shoes or jeans)
• Must be available to start immediately, 6/25/2026

The base pay range for this position is $35,360 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
