Job Description:
Our client is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Dealer Services Clerk to support the daily operations of our fast-paced automotive auction environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and contributing to a team that values excellent service and operational efficiency.
As a Dealer Services Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting dealer accounts, assisting with collections and account maintenance, providing front counter support, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Process vendor purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor dealer account balances and communicate outstanding balances as needed.
- Perform collections activities, including account follow-up and account restriction management.
- Process incoming mail payments and post payments to customer accounts.
- Report unpaid online vehicle purchases according to company policies.
- Contact dealers regarding vehicles that have remained on the auction lot for extended periods.
- Review vehicle history and announcement information for accuracy and proper disclosure.
- Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.
- Build relationships with dealers and buyers through proactive outreach and support.
- Assist with dealer registration, customer check-in, and administrative functions as needed.
- Collaborate with accounting and administrative teams to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling customer and financial information.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Administrative support experience.
- Automotive dealership, auction, banking, or accounts receivable experience preferred
- Collections or account maintenance experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional attitude with a strong team-oriented mindset.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share that the base salary range for this position is $16.00 – $21.00 per hour not including benefits, potential bonuses, or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the above range is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth
