Throughout her career, she has successfully placed accounting and finance professionals at every level, from Staff Accountants to C-suite executives, serving clients across insurance, financial services, manufacturing, distribution, and public accounting.
Chris specializes in recruiting top accounting and finance talent, including CFOs, Controllers, Accounting Managers, Financial Analysts, Accountants, Auditors, and Tax professionals. Her deep industry knowledge, extensive network, and consultative approach enable her to connect organizations with high-performing professionals who drive business success.

She also serves as Heartland Regional Vice President, overseeing administrative and industrial workforce solutions. With more than 30 years in the search and staffing industry, Chris brings a strategic, consultative approach to workforce solutions, aligning talent strategy directly with business objectives. She is passionate about helping companies solve complex workforce challenges and build high-performing organizations.
