Job Description
We are seeking dependable Assemblers to join a leading powder coating and manufacturing company in Bessemer City. In this role, you will assemble powder-coated parts and product kits while ensuring quality standards and customer specifications are met. Responsibilities:
- Assemble powder-coated parts, components, and product kits according to work instructions and specifications
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met before packaging and shipment
- Package and label completed assemblies for customer orders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and assembly diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime when required
