Job Description
We are seeking a customer-focused HR Operations Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for employees requiring Human Resources support. This role will provide assistance with benefits, HR policies, employee records, leave administration, and general HR inquiries while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate multiple systems in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for individuals seeking to grow their career within Human Resources while supporting a large healthcare organization.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to employee HR inquiries via phone, email, portal, and in-person support
- Document employee interactions and maintain accurate records within HR systems
- Process HR transactions including demographic updates, address changes, benefit enrollments, and employee data maintenance
- Assist employees with self-service tools, HR forms, and general HR processes
- Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and other departments to resolve employee concerns efficiently and accurately
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of customer service, human resources, or related experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- HR certification is a plus

The base pay range for this position is $45,760–$52,000 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation.
