Job Description
As a Quality Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring manufactured products meet established quality standards and customer requirements. This position is responsible for inspections, documentation, calibration activities, process improvement initiatives, and supporting quality management systems within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
• Perform inspections of manufactured products using blueprints, specifications, and quality standards
• Complete and maintain inspection documentation and quality records
• Conduct First Article Inspections and support quality reporting activities
• Perform capability studies and assist with measurement system analysis activities
• Maintain calibration records and coordinate calibration of inspection equipment
• Support incoming material inspections and quality audits
• Track and update quality metrics and key performance indicators
• Assist with corrective actions, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with engineering, production, purchasing, and suppliers to resolve quality concerns
• Support ISO-compliant quality management processes and documentation requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Technician or Quality Lead role within a manufacturing environment
• Experience performing weldment inspections required
• Strong blueprint and technical drawing interpretation skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and quality reporting tools
• Experience with calibration processes and inspection equipment preferred
• Knowledge of ISO standards and ERP/MRP systems preferred
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and corrective action activities
• Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills

The base salary for this position is up to $25/hr. based on experience, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
