Job Description
A Medina, OH employer is seeking a dependable Forklift Operator / Tow Motor Driver to support production and warehouse operations. This position is responsible for safely moving ingredients, supplies, finished products, and equipment throughout the facility. The ideal candidate will have tow motor or hand jack experience, strong attention to safety, and the ability to work in a cold and wet manufacturing environment. This is a full-time opportunity on 1st shift.
Responsibilities:
· Safely operate stand-up and sit-down tow motors, man pickers, rider walkies, and electric hand jacks
· Deliver ingredients and supplies to production lines and move finished product skids to shipping or freezer areas
· Set up production areas with needed supplies and return unused materials to the proper location
· Clean equipment and maintain a neat, safe, and organized work area
· Report unsafe conditions, damaged products, or improper procedures to management while following GMP, food safety, and safety standards

Qualifications and Requirements:
· High school diploma or GED required
· Previous manufacturing, hand jack, or tow motor experience preferred
· Knowledge of food safety and GMP standards preferred
· Basic computer skills and good communication skills required
· Ability to work flexible hours, support various production lines, and work in a cold/wet environment
· Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, and reach frequently for 8–12 hours
· Ability to frequently lift up to 65 pounds
· Previous manufacturing, hand jack, or tow motor experience preferred
· Knowledge of food safety and GMP standards preferred
· Basic computer skills and good communication skills required
· Ability to work flexible hours, support various production lines, and work in a cold/wet environment
· Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, and reach frequently for 8–12 hours
· Ability to frequently lift up to 65 pounds

The base salary range for this position is $37,378–$37,378, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
