Job Description:
The VP of Product Solutions will provide strategic leadership for a growing portfolio of engineered and manufactured offerings. This role is focused on driving business growth, identifying market opportunities, evaluating investments, and shaping long-term portfolio direction. The successful candidate will work closely with operations, sales, finance, and executive leadership to align business priorities, support expansion efforts, and develop scalable solutions that deliver value to customers and the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute growth strategies for a portfolio of engineered and manufactured solutions
• Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and revenue streams
• Partner with operations, sales, finance, and leadership teams to align business objectives
• Evaluate investments, business performance, and expansion opportunities
• Support long-term portfolio planning and strategic business initiatives
• Influence cross-functional teams to drive sustainable growth and operational readiness
Qualifications and Requirements:
• 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, construction, industrial operations, product management, or a related field
• Experience leading a business line, product portfolio, offering category, or strategic growth initiative
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and project-based business environments
• Demonstrated financial acumen with experience evaluating growth opportunities and investments
• Proven ability to build partnerships and influence across multiple functional groups
• Strong communication, leadership, and strategic planning capabilities
