- Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm
- Estimated 12-week assignment with potential for longer-term opportunity
What You’ll Do:
- Process and submit invoices through multiple electronic billing portals
- Manage billing files, uploads, downloads, and invoice tracking activities
- Ensure invoice accuracy and resolve submission discrepancies as needed
- Work within billing systems and Excel to support reporting and reconciliation needs
- Handle confidential client and financial information with professionalism and accuracy
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 2+ years of e-billing or billing experience
- Strong electronic billing platform experience (legal/professional services preferred)
- Proficient Excel skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently
- Professional communication skills and ability to thrive in a polished office environment
