Job Description
The HR Assistant role provides high-level administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources team, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. This position supports scheduling, documentation management, reporting, and internal communications while maintaining strict confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced HR environment. This role also plays a key part in onboarding, employee records management, and HR compliance support.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating logistics
• Prepare, organize, and maintain confidential HR documents, employee files, and compliance records
• Assist with onboarding processes including new hire orientation materials and badge creation
• Support HR reporting, data entry, and maintenance of HRIS systems
• Coordinate HR events, meetings, employee engagement activities, and internal communications

Qualifications and Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of administrative or HR support experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
