Job Description
A community-focused organization dedicated to supporting housing stability initiatives is seeking an Administrative Support Coordinator to assist with relocation operations and administrative support functions. This role will focus on processing payment requests, maintaining organized and audit-ready files, generating resident notices, and supporting day-to-day operational needs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while handling sensitive information with professionalism.
Responsibilities:
· Process payment requests accurately and in a timely manner
· Maintain physical and electronic files to ensure audit readiness and compliance
· Generate and distribute notices and correspondence to residents
· Support relocation operations through administrative and clerical assistance
· Assist with data entry, document tracking, and general office support

Qualifications and Requirements:
· 2+ years of administrative support or office coordination experience preferred
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

· Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

The base pay range for this position is $47,840–$47,840, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
