Job Description
As a Small Assembly team member, you will be responsible for building and assembling water blasting parts and accessories to meet high-quality standards. This role includes performing in-process and final inspections, troubleshooting assembly issues, and ensuring all products are defect-free prior to delivery. You will follow engineering procedures, maintain documentation, and contribute to meeting production schedules. This is a hands-on role in a manufacturing environment requiring attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble components and units using hand tools, checklists, and engineering drawings
- Perform in-process and final inspections; identify, document, and correct defects
- Test finished equipment to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain accurate documentation for quality and production processes
- Troubleshoot assembly issues and report non-conforming materials or problems to management
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Knowledge and experience using hand tools
- Ability to learn new assembly skills and follow detailed instructions
- Strong attention to safety practices, including use of required PPE (steel toe shoes required; hearing and eye protection provided)

The base pay range for this position is $39,520–$43,680 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
