This role focuses on core accounting responsibilities within a multi-entity environment while supporting leadership with financial insights. You’ll lead month-end close, prepare financial reports, assist with budgeting, and help improve processes and internal controls. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate reporting and supporting informed decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Maintain internal controls, policies, and accounting procedures
- Assist with audits and external reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Multi-entity accounting experience required
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- NetSuite experience preferred
