Responsibilities:
Perform TIG and MIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel components
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Inspect welds to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
Assist with fabrication, assembly, and finishing processes
Maintain equipment and follow all safety procedures

Qualifications and Requirements:
2+ years of TIG and MIG welding experience (aluminum preferred)
Ability to read blueprints and use fabrication tools accurately
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physical environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
