Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Carpentry Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong leadership and financial oversight experience in commercial carpentry projects.
Responsibilities:
· Manage multiple commercial carpentry projects from kickoff through final closeout
· Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
· Review and approve AIA billing (G702/G703) and manage change orders
· Coordinate with Superintendents and Foremen to ensure productivity and safety standards
· Maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and reporting in systems like Procore

Qualifications and Requirements:
· 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
· Strong background in carpentry, drywall, or interior trades
· Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
· Proficiency in job costing, financial tracking, and AIA billing
· Preferred: Experience with Procore, Sage, Textura, and Microsoft Office

The pay range for this position is $87,000–$103,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
