Job Description
The CNC Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety guidelines, productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility's equipment.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs (and rebuilds) of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
- Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Knowledge of applicable standards, laws and safety regulations.
- Knowledge of OEM Machine controllers (Hidenhain, Siemens, Mitsubishi and Fanuc based control software)
- Strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills with some Numerical Controls experience, PLC experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating, and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Three to Four years related experience and/or training. Experience with maintenance of CNC or Gantry machinery

The base salary range for this position is $24-$28 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
