Accounts Payable Analyst – Vendor Master & Data (Oracle/Excel) | $19–$22/hr | Hybrid

What You’ll Do:
- Analyze and maintain vendor master data across systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Investigate discrepancies and system issues, identifying root causes and driving resolution
- Partner cross-functionally as the go-to resource for vendor setup, changes, and data integrity
- Support 1099 processing, W-9 validation, and regulatory compliance activities
- Leverage Oracle and Excel to improve processes, enhance data quality, and streamline AP operations
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data analysis)
- Experience working in ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
- Experience with vendor master data, 1099s, and W-9 validation
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
