Senior Internal Audit Manager – SOX & Global Controls | $150K–$165K + Bonus | Onsite
Lead Global Audits. Shape the SOX Program. Develop the Team.
If you’re an experienced audit leader ready to step into a highly visible, hands-on role, this opportunity puts you at the center of a growing internal audit function. You’ll lead audits end-to-end, partner directly with finance leadership, and play a key role in strengthening internal controls across a complex, multi-location environment. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on ownership, technical depth, and building high-performing teams.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead multiple audit engagements end-to-end across financial, operational, and SOX areas
- Review audit workpapers, ensuring quality, accuracy, and alignment with ICFR standards
- Evaluate control design and effectiveness, identifying risks and improvement opportunities
- Present audit findings and recommendations to leadership and external stakeholders
- Mentor and develop audit staff while strengthening audit processes and methodologies
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 8+ years of audit experience (Big 4 or large public accounting strongly preferred)
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing or mentoring audit teams
- Deep expertise in SOX, ICFR, internal controls, and risk-based auditing
- Proven ability to lead audits independently in a fast-paced environment
- CPA, CIA, or CISA certification
