Job Description
As a Quality Inspector, you will perform in-process and final inspections on small, precision components to ensure products meet all blueprint specifications and quality standards. You will utilize precision measuring tools and follow established quality procedures to support production accuracy and consistency.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints, engineering specifications, and process documents
- Perform in-process and final inspections
- Operate inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, comparators, microscopes, height gauges, and scales
- Detect defects and irregularities in precision parts
- Complete required quality documentation
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing setting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience inspecting small components using magnification tools
- Strong attention to detail and measurement accuracy
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Able to complete pre-employment screening
