Manufacturing Production Operator (Cleanroom / Electronics) I $14.50 – $16.50 I Sugar Land, TX
Summary/ General Description:
The production operator position performs all tasks involved in the production of the company’s products. The position follows standard operating procedures, work rules, and regulations, and practices safe work habits to ensure production meets the quality and quantity standard and is as efficient and safe as possible.
Job Duties/ Responsibilities:

- Arrange work orders and do work orders one by one.
- Verify and follow work instructions.
- Run the automatic devices or manually operate the manufacturing equipment.
- Notice and report anything unusual or not normal devices/processes to supervisors.
- Keep bad parts and devices for failure analyses.
- Perform return material inventory.
- Practice better and safer judgment.
- Be cross trained on various production operations as directed.
- Perform the tasks per the assigned station and refer to the appendix.
- Other duties as needed or required by Line Leader-Assembly/Section Head/Head of OMD Production Line Department.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education Requirements:
ï‚· High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Preferred Education Requirements:
ï‚· Vocational Course Graduate, Associates Degree.
Preferred Experience Requirements:
- 1 year experience as Assembly Process Operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience in using microscope, hand tools, i.e. a tweezer.
Software/ Hardware Knowledge:
- Basic computer data entry knowledge.
Skills/ Abilities:
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Good manual dexterity with the ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time in a repetitive manufacturing environment.
Others:
- Comfortable to work wearing cleanroom garments
- Follow Lab rules (no make-up, no perfume, use closed-toe shoes, proper attire and hygiene, etc.)
- This position would require the ability to focus and work individually
