Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Aluminum Welder/Fabricator to join a growing team specializing in dump trailer equipment. This role involves fabricating new components and performing preventative maintenance and repairs on existing equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on welding experience and the ability to work with various tools and materials. Responsibilities:
• Perform MIG welding on aluminum and steel components up to ½” thickness
• Prepare materials using grinders, saws, and other fabrication tools
• Align and assemble components using measuring tools and clamps
• Inspect welds and repair equipment as needed to ensure quality and safety
• Complete daily reports including inventory, repair estimates, and material tracking

Qualifications and Requirements:
• 1–5 years of aluminum welding and fabrication experience
• Experience with MIG, TIG, or other welding methods
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings preferred
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
• High School diploma or GED required

The base pay range for this position is $37,440–$45,760 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
