Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee mechanical construction projects from planning through completion. This role is responsible for coordinating project execution, supporting field teams, and ensuring work progresses according to project schedules, budgets, and contract requirements.
Responsibilities
• Manage mechanical construction projects from pre construction planning through final completion while maintaining schedule, budget, and contract requirements
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, major equipment procurement, and field teams to support efficient project execution
• Monitor project financial performance including budgets, costs, reporting, and billing coordination
• Maintain strong client relationships while ensuring job site safety and compliance with company and regulatory standards
Qualifications and Requirements
• Minimum five years of experience managing mechanical construction projects
• Bachelor degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent industry experience
• Experience managing projects valued between $5 million and $10 million
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
