Job Description:
We are seeking a Plant Superintendent to oversee daily production operations within a precast concrete manufacturing environment. In this role, you will coordinate plant activities, guide production teams, and ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. This position requires a strong leader who can manage workflows, support team development, and collaborate with multiple departments to meet production goals. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes a proactive approach to improving operational performance.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day production operations to ensure schedules, quality standards, and safety expectations are consistently achieved
• Coordinate with plant leadership and scheduling teams to align production output with project timelines and customer demands
• Guide and mentor production personnel, creating a culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
• Monitor material usage, finished product inventory, and equipment utilization to maintain operational efficiency
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions that enhance productivity, reduce waste, and control costs
• Coordinate with plant leadership and scheduling teams to align production output with project timelines and customer demands

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete manufacturing or a related construction materials industry
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications
• Proven leadership experience managing production teams in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
