Job Description
The ERP Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting and maintaining enterprise applications and databases that support key business operations. This role provides database administration, reporting development, and application support while working closely with internal business teams to ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system performance. The ERP Systems Analyst will help design and maintain data flows, reporting solutions, and system integrations while supporting existing ERP platforms during ongoing system modernization initiatives.
The ERP Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting and maintaining enterprise applications and databases that support key business operations. This role provides database administration, reporting development, and application support while working closely with internal business teams to ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system performance. The ERP Systems Analyst will help design and maintain data flows, reporting solutions, and system integrations while supporting existing ERP platforms during ongoing system modernization initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases including configuration, performance monitoring, backup and recovery, security, and stored procedures.
- Design, develop, and maintain database structures, stored procedures, and data models supporting ERP and enterprise applications.
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliability, stability, and system availability.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Crystal Reports, and SQL-based reporting tools.
- Build and support data flows, integrations, and data pipelines that move data between enterprise systems and reporting platforms.
- Extract, transform, and structure data from ERP and related business systems to support reporting and analytics.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Document system functionality including technical specifications, data flows, system dependencies, and operational procedures.
- Install, test, troubleshoot, and maintain application components and database functionality.
- Recommend system improvements, reporting enhancements, and workflow efficiencies that support operational goals.
- Provide support for existing ERP systems while assisting with enterprise system transitions and modernization initiatives.
- Support ERP and enterprise system transitions including:
- HRIS migration from Microsoft Dynamics GP to iSolved
- Accounting system migration from Microsoft Dynamics GP to Microsoft Business Central
- Work order and inventory system transition to CHAMPS web platform
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting enterprise applications, ERP systems, or database environments.
- Experience working with ERP platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics GP and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server including database design, stored procedures, and database maintenance.
- Experience developing reporting solutions using Power BI, Crystal Reports, SQL Server Reporting Services, or similar tools.
- Experience designing or supporting data integrations, data flows, or data pipelines across enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with data analytics and the ability to translate operational data into meaningful reports and insights.
- Experience with technologies such as SharePoint, ODBC connectivity, JavaScript, or HTML is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a collaborative environment.

The Pay Rate range for this position is $44 – $55 per hour, excluding benefits. Your final Pay Rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
