Job Description
Our client is seeking a Revenue & Billing Accountant to support accurate project billing and revenue recognition. This role partners closely with internal financial administrators to ensure timely invoicing, clean reporting, and strong financial processes. Ideal for someone who thrives in detailed, process-driven work within a collaborative team.
Job Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain billable projects in ERP system
- Prepare monthly invoices and recognize revenue
- Review unbilled and AR reports; research discrepancies
- Post cash receipts
- Investigate exception reports and unusual transactions
- Support internal billing and project inquiries
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in accounting
- Accounts Receivable or billing experience
- Working knowledge of accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
- Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
Work Environment & Schedule
- Onsite training for first 3 months
- Hybrid schedule after training (3 in-office, Wednesday required)
- Consistent hours between 7 AM – 6 PM
- No collections responsibilities
