Job Description
The Production Engineering Technician plays a critical role in ensuring smooth and continuous production operations. This position focuses on operating and maintaining automated manufacturing equipment, performing routine calibrations, and troubleshooting equipment and process issues.
Responsibilities
• Operate, monitor, calibrate, and set up production equipment to maintain stable operations
• Troubleshoot and perform minor mechanical, electrical, and software-related repairs
• Support engineers with root cause analysis, failure mode documentation, and process improvements
• Maintain accurate logs of machine performance, failures, and maintenance actions
• Follow safety procedures, work instructions, and cleanroom standards while supporting production teams

Qualifications and Requirements
• Vocational Certificate or Associate Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience in equipment operation or troubleshooting
• Experience with automated machinery, sensors, pneumatics, or robotic systems preferred
• Familiarity with microscopes, soldering, hand tools, and measurement instruments
• Basic computer skills (Excel, data entry); PLC, programming, or CAD experience is a plus
• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience in equipment operation or troubleshooting
• Experience with automated machinery, sensors, pneumatics, or robotic systems preferred
• Familiarity with microscopes, soldering, hand tools, and measurement instruments
