The Reserves Network is seeking a goal-driven Business Development Manager to help grow our Executive & Professional staffing division. This role is responsible for full-cycle sales—from prospecting and client engagement to closing and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan
- Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities
- Build and manage client relationships across industries
- Collaborate with recruiters to fulfill client staffing needs
- Track activities and progress using CRM and ATS tools
- Represent TRN at networking events and industry functions
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience (staffing preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with CRM/ATS platforms (HubSpot, Avionté, or similar)
