Job Description
This position focuses on delivering high-quality client service through tax preparation, planning, and financial engagements while building strong client relationships and managing multiple projects. The ideal candidate is a self-disciplined, detail-oriented professional who is proactive, communicative, and committed to continual learning and staff mentorship. In addition to client services, the role involves business development, leadership responsibilities, and contributing to firm-wide initiatives and innovations. This hire also has the potential to become FIRM PARTNER within 2-3 years!
Responsibilities:
- Managing client relations
- Tax returns, tax planning, research, and more
- SALT, income, partnerships, corporations, and individuals
- Client recruiting / business development
Qualifications and Requirements:
- CPA Required (3+ years)
- Tax experience in public accounting required
- Client management experience
- Client business development experience
- Minimum of 50 hours required during Tax season
