Job Description:
The buying operations of a major retailer are undergoing a significant transformation, transitioning from a spreadsheet-based environment to a robust, data-driven supply chain system. This organization is seeking a Supply Chain Systems Analyst with a strong understanding of demand planning and supply chain processes to be a foundational member of their team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in the ground-up implementation of Blue Yonder as their new Supply Chain and Demand Planning software, working closely with buying teams to provide configuration, oversee integration with existing systems, and leverage data analytics for ongoing optimization and efficiency across all independent buying teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the configuration and optimization of the Blue Yonder platform to meet specific supply chain and demand planning needs.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the buying teams, providing training, support, and guidance on the new system and processes.
- Oversee the integration of Blue Yonder with existing systems, including D365 ERP, AS400 ordering system, and other Microsoft platforms
- Provide ongoing system support and troubleshoot issues, ensuring seamless operations.
- Utilize data analytics capabilities within Blue Yonder to identify trends, optimize inventory, and improve demand forecasting.
- Collaborate closely with various internal teams, especially the buyer group, to understand their requirements and translate them into system functionalities.
- Contribute to the overall strategy and roadmap for supply chain technology at the organization.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience with Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) or similar demand planning/supply chain software
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, demand forecasting, inventory management, and procurement processes.
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), is beneficial.
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools. Microsoft Fabric and/or Snowflake experience is a plus.
- Ability to understand complex business use cases and translate them into system configurations and solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface effectively with various stakeholders, including executive leadership and end-users.
- Experience with system integration and data migration.
- Experience in a manufacturing or retail environment is a strong asset.

The base salary range for this position is $100,000 – $120,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
